Terms of Service for commissioned works

• 50% of payment will be made to begin sketch phase on projects over 50 USD

• 100% of payment will be made to receive final art files

• Canceled projects from the client’s end forfit deposits if the project is already reasonably developed

• A 25% fee will be placed on projects that are put on a rush schedule (anything under 5 days)

• Commercial use of work must be approved by me before making the piece. This is paired with a commercial art fee which is usually a 500% increase in base price or royalty payments to be discussed over a call and contract.

• Don’t be a jerk. Its not cool.
